I then read somewhere that a corrupted Windows user profile can cause a variety of installation problems among other issues. This is a workaround I used to successfully install iCloud v6.2.1. Anyway, Apple has been on 3 debug sessions with me and are stumped. They escalated it to development but I haven’t heard back. I asked if there was a debug mode that I could start the iCloud in so I could see the logs and see where it gets stumped. I do notice that the Add-in gets installed and is active.
